Food Orders

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our food, all food sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, such as an incorrect or missing item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work to make it right.

Catering & Event Bookings

Deposits paid to secure catering, private event, corporate event, or food truck bookings are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, unless otherwise stated in your booking agreement.

Cancellations or changes should be communicated to us as early as possible.
Any additional payments made may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the amount of notice provided, food already purchased or prepared, staffing commitments, and other costs incurred for the event.

Refunds
Any approved refund will be returned to the original method of payment whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
